STORYTELLING AND INTERACTIVE THEATRE IN ENGLISH
The main objective of The Tale Teller is for children and teenagers to have a good time while they learn. Each story has been developed and written taking into account age. The Tale Teller uses the power of story, image, dance and songs to help people understand and to motivate children to participate in the adventure of learning another language!
P3, P4, P5 and PRIMARY YEARS 1&2 – THE WOLF AND THE SEVEN GOATS
When the goat mother leaves her young children to go for food, she warns them not to open the door to anyone, and even less to the wise wolf who lives in the woods. But the wolf has very good ideas!
YEARS 3 AND 4 – LAZY JACK
The king and the queen are very worried! Her daughter, the princess, has not laughed, nor smiled, never … until she meets Lazy Jack!
Lazy Jack is very lazy. He just wants to stretch into the sun. Her mother is up to her head and sends her out to work. Jack tries to do what his mother has told her, and the results are very funny. A traditional English tale that has made children laugh for centuries.
YEARS 5 AND 6 – DOROTHY DANCE CAMP
Dorothy embarks on a new adventure with her new friends from the colonies of singing and dancing. It will be the last summer before beginning high school. Friendship -and hip hop- will help Dorothy start the new school? A history of self-discovery, self-esteem and friendship.
SECONDARY – GODS AND GODDESSES
We weave our own web of stories for Greek mythology, from the creation of the Earth and the first gods to how they became man and woman, and why Zeus, the god of all gods, sent Pandora on the Earth with a special box. The Tale Teller creates, once again, all the characters of Olympus. A spectacle full of love, fear, murder, ambition and laughter!
